Mary Mkonyi, is bright, fun, and dynamic. She has a degree in Education from the University of Dar es Salaam with over 10 years of work experience and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration from Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute.
Mary is responsible for leading the strategy and direction of Little stars in Tanzania. Oversees, program implementation and quality, financial management and accountability, operations, human resources and people management, organizational development, fund-raising, partnership and stakeholder relations, and is the overall spokesperson for little stars.
Ritha Tarimo is passionate about people development and children rights. She believes that the best way to empower the community and eradicating poverty is through the provision of high-quality education from a young age. She has a degree in Education from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute.
Ritha is responsible for strategic human resource management, people development, performance management, employee’s wellbeing, monitoring the implementation of the school’s values and culture as well as providing legal and compliance coordination.
Elizabeth Rulya has graduated from the Makerere University in Uganda BM in Library Science and Education, she has over ten years experience in managing schools she is passionate about education and children development
Elizabeth is the head of school, she is responsible for the student's welfare, human resource management, school operations and managing communication with all the stakeholders.
